Exceptionally friendly service, spacious and clean rooms, plentiful breakfast buffet, excellent pools and pool bar, convenient location.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff at the Horizon beach Resort were very friendly and helpful. Always had a smile for you no matter what time of day or night. The resort facilities were satisfactory and the breakfast was great.

The breakfast was super, the friendliness of all employees in the hotel was super.

It was all great.Since we were here for the second time, we knew how great it was here.

Located near Karon beach, this hotel provides a quiet atmosphere away from the noise but still within reach of the nightlife. the hotel is very close to a nice stretch of beach with beautiful views. One can also enjoy a range of facilities including a swimming pool, spa and quality sun loungers.

Some guests felt that food options at the hotel restaurant were a little below average.

Limited view from rooms, constant muzak from speakers, expensive Internet access, slow check in

The Staff were very friendly plus has 24 hour security. Food was excellent so much to choose from. Coffee a bit ordinary. Location great a bit of a hill but its worth it ( hire a motor bike if you dont like the walk) Definately value for money.

Only the coffee, have powdered milk not nice.

The hotel had amazing facilities, including two warm swimming pools and a casual swim-up bar. Its location on the hill at the southern end of the beach didn't stop me from enjoying the sunset, due to its closeness to the ocean. The hotel's staff was so kind and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. I was able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and pubs easily, and parking was readily available.

Nothing it was perfect.

Hotel location was great for our family ( 3 teenagers, 1 baby and us 40- 50 years) set in stunning forest. Five minutes walk from Karon beach and teenagers loved Bangla road night life via tuk tuk (200 Bart). Hotel in quieter location for total relaxation but shopping, beach and hussle of patong within 10 minute ride. Our third visit to Phuket and wont be the last. Staff at the Horizon totally welcoming with genuine interest to guests needs.Hotel prices for food / drinks over priced compared to amazing cheap local foods but this goes for all hotels we have stayed at. Could not fult a single thing and we will be booking againg with Booked.net fantastic service, excellent with email response and true to their word. With regards Mr Glen and Kerry Conlon Brisbane Australia. Ps we even had dental treatments in Patong with excellent results - wow what a holiday !

The hotel has lots of steps but we were aware of this on booking and actually enjoyed walking off our huge evening meals! The beds were hard but again we were informed prior to arrival.

Excellent hotel with a fabulous multi-level pool area with ample sunbeds. Position is at the top of a very steep 200mtr long hill which could be a prblem for older/unfit guests but the hotel runs a free shuttle up and down the hill so no worries. The location is right where Karon joins Kata so is very good. There is a very nice little beach bar at the bottom of the hill which does not look very appealing from the roadside but is actually very nice both at lunchtime and in the evening. All in all a very good hotel and comes highly recommended.

No real problems at all.

Spent my Christmas here with my family, and we had a fantastic stay. The pool was the best part - clean, and with a swim-up bar - we spent most of our time there. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic - plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was also conveniently located near the beach and shops - we didn't have to travel far.

The rooms were a bit small for a family, and the air conditioning was quite noisy. We also had some issues with our airport transfer not showing up, which was a bit of a letdown.

All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good; lots of choice and good quality. Very nice pool.

The bed was very uncomfortable; extremely firm mattress. Shuttle bus to Patong was too infrequent; ran only 4 times each day. Privilidge club benefits available between 12 and 2pm. Would be better if available 5-7pm.

Good sleeping nights.

The attitude of the staff and general conditions ofthe room, can find better attention in 2 star hotels.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, situated on a steep hill with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. It was such a treat to wake up every morning and see the beautiful landscape right outside our balcony. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort, with spacious and clean rooms that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

This hotel is an absolute gem! We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff are extremely friendly and always greet you with a smile. The food is great and breakfast is outstanding. The pool is a great place to relax after a day of sight seeing and the Sontoya Spa....the massage is highly recommended!
